When you fill in a form on this site, we receive whatever you type into it. That is normally your name, your phone number, your email address, and a description of the work you need. We only ask for what we need to get back to you with a useful answer.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, to talk through managing the property you asked about, and to keep in touch about it. That is all.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else can see it
The services that run this website can technically access what passes through them: the company that hosts the site, the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox, and our email provider. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for anything else.

Asking us to delete it
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will take care of it. There is no form to fill in and no charge.
Children
This site is meant for adults renting or arranging management of a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
