What is on this site
We describe the services we offer and the kind of work we do. Descriptions are there to help you understand what management covers, not to form a contract. Every property is different, and what yours needs is settled after we have looked at it.
Prices and quotes
Nothing on this site is a fixed price or a binding offer. Any figure we discuss becomes an agreement only when we put it in writing for your specific property, and it can change if what we find differs from what was described.
Contacting us through the site
Sending a form does not create an agreement between us, and it does not book anything. It starts a conversation. We will get back to you, and anything we agree will be confirmed directly.
Please give us accurate details. If we reply to the wrong address or go out to the wrong property, that costs us both time.
